plae respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you may submit a notice of infringement ("DMCA Notice") to plae.com's designated copyright agent.

To be effective, a DMCA Notice must include the following information:

4. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, plae.com will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the user responsible for the content.
